Thank you for considering Avery’s Barbecue for your catering needs. Whether it be a luncheon or a wedding reception, we have a menu that will fit any size budget or group! Choose sandwiches, meats, sides, ribs or other dishes for your event.
Please see the menu below for some of the options available for catering. We are very flexible and can modify any of these items to accommodate your needs, let us know what we can do to make your event perfect!

Meal Options
BBQ Smoked Brisket Sandwich with choice of 1 side. $19 per person
BBQ Sandwich with 1 side. Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Sausage or Crazy Carolina. $17 per person
BBQ Smoked Brisket Sandwich with 2 sides. $22 per person
BBQ Sandwich with choice of 2 sides. Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Sausage or Crazy Carolina. $20 per person
Smoked Chicken (breast or leg/thigh) with 2 sides and a roll. $22 per person
St. Louis Style Ribs (1/3 rack = 4 bones) with 2 sides and a roll. $25 per person
St. Louis Style Ribs (1/2 rack=6 bones) with 2 sides and a roll. $30 per person
Smoked Pork Loin with 2 sides and a roll. $25 per person

Mini Corn Dogs, Chicken Tenders or Pulled Pork Sandwich w/1 side $11.00 per child

Mac n’ Cheese, Ranch Beans, Macaroni Salad, Pecan Cole Slaw, Corn on the Cob, or Potato Chips.
Same as listed above as well as Side Salad w/Dressing, Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grilled Asparagus and Grilled Vegetables.

We are able to prepare other main dishes and side dishes upon request
*For offsite catering events, plates, napkins and utensils are available starting at $ .75 per person. For special events we also have available a nicer selection of disposable plates and flatware, which range from $2-$4 per person.
*We have vegetarian and vegan options available. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests!
*Delivery in town (Springerville/Eagar) is $40.00. Delivery outside of town will be determined by location.
*Above prices do not include tax or gratuity. 20% gratuity will be added to parties held at Avery’s larger than 8 people.
*Servers are available upon request for buffets for $35 per hour. We will set-up, serve, tear down, clean up and box any leftovers for you.
